Create limited edition tiered price structures (edition sets) with incremental price increases as edition numbers are sold. Assign none, one, or multiple edition sets to specific images. When a new print is created, the database will automatically prompt you to select an edition set, queue the next edition number available, and set the corresponding price.
When invoicing, if a print sale triggers a price increase, the database will remind you to inform galleries who have the image on consignment.
You can also generate price lists from your edition sets to share with your galleries and clients.
SERIES & IMAGE MANAGEMENT
Manage your series, artist statements, and the important details related to your series and images. Record details associated with a series or image, and assign the edition sets that are available. Create a print and select an edition set if applicable – the database will then inform you of the next edition number available and corresponding price. PhotoHIVE is flexible: you can enter a custom price and edit the edition number if necessary. But the system won’t let you use a number that has already been assigned to a different print. Need to create an artist proof or a print with no edition number? No problem.
Easily view the history of a series or image, including sales, consignments, current inventory, print orders, and related clients. Each print has an individual record in the database where you can record the medium, location, paper & image size, keywords, important notes, and other details. PhotoHIVE gives you the option to share a password-protected Gallery Portal with your galleries and clients. You select which images you want to be included in the portal and users can enter to search for current print availability.
