George Wallace is a proud New Orleans native and a lover of the arts in all forms. An avid problem solver, George loves to connect the dots for clients – either getting them from where they are to where they want to be, or searching for new and innovative ways to streamline their existing business practices. Some of his proudest accomplishments at Jenny Bagert Consulting include researching and identifying the previously unknown subject of a daguerreotype that was then displayed at the New Orleans Museum of Art, and writing catalogs for important collections of major 20th Century artists such as Herman Leonard.
An alum of Tulane University, where he received the Mayoral Scholarship and studied English and Art History, George considers writing his primary calling, among many. He comes to photography from an academic background, having studied it extensively from an Art Historical perspective and considers this an asset to his work with Jenny Bagert Consulting, as it allows him to approach photography with the eye of a curator rather than of a practitioner.
Fun Fact: George is a passionate collector of vintage wristwatches, and would love to tell you much more than you ever wanted to know about them.
